“Kids love it, food is OK”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

Kids loved going to Jolly Rogers. They have a large outdoor play area so very kid friendly. For the quality of food, kids menu seemed a little pricey. Easy to get to by boat. Food was decent. Large fans and misting fans kept it comfortable even in heat of the summer. Atmosphere is good and live music at night was fun.

“Fun, still comfortable in the heat”
Reviewed July 6, 2012

We came by boat and had to wait for a spot, they could really use a few more. That was the only downside though. We were seated right away and had a great waitress. The restaurant is open-air which could make some people shy away but it's all shaded with enormous fans to create a subtle breeze. I was pretty comfortable the whole time. They have someone dressed up as a pirate come around to the tables and let "Corona" their parrot sit on peoples heads and arms if they want. One of my daughters was a little scared and cried a little bit so he came back with a bead necklace for her. Very sweet and very fun!

We frequent Jolly Rogers every year we are at the lake of the ozarks. The food is always good and the staff is always courteous and effeciant. The menu accomodates everyone in our group of 10 or 11 including kids ranging in ages from 11 to 16.

“Best Grub & Grog in the Gravois!”
Reviewed April 3, 2012

Jolly Rogers is a fantastic place to hang out, imbibe and enjoy decent food at Lake of the Ozarks about the 4mm of the Gravois. We frequent Jolly's and always have a terrific experience. After the old place burnt down, the new structure eliminated many of the kitchen issues they used to encounter. The new bar is not the same boat; however, the size and service is just as fantastic! During the summer, you will enjoy dock hands to help you tie up your boat and if you have a birthday, make sure to get your picture taken with the parrot and pirate garb!

“Very Nice”
Reviewed January 30, 2012

Lots of seating, all open air but they have lots of vapor fans to keep you cool even on a hot day. Good boat parking, always someone on the dock to help if you need any. Very good food and good service. The owners are always friendly and on-site.
