The student staff is wonderful as they make your dining experiences one of the best ever. They truly do have a garden to table concept with many of the food items from their garden, dairy, and mill. Don't miss their own smoked ham with a wonderful glaze to homemade waffles, pasta creations made before your eyes with custom made omelets. The salad/fruit bar has an ice sculpture and the dessert table is incredible including some sugar free and gluten free items. Everything is made from scratch.
