First let me say, I'm from Texas. We eat a lot of Mexican and Tex-Mex food and my expectations are high. The food at El Jimador was just OK in my opinion. The kids enjoyed their enchiladas and quesadillas. We ordered fajitas. They were OK, but not something I would order again. The sour cream, guacamole, and pica de gillo came out on a steaming hot plate. It really should have come on a cold plate and the guacamole was not very good. The fajita meat was diced instead of in strips as I'm used to, and tasted a little schorched. My mom ordered quesadillas and said they were decent, but not something she would go back for. The servers were attentive and very friendly so that was very much appreciated.
