I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and they have always delivered the best service and comfort. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the hotel is always extremely clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. It's in a quiet location and has the restaurant, Bristols, next door. Anytime I'm in O'Fallon visiting family and friends I always stay here.

Stayed there recently for two nights while travelling on business. Paid $90 a night + tax. Decent, clean hotel room with king bed, microwave & fridge. Very standard set-up for a Hilton Garden Inn.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Location was convenient - just off main highways. Hotel has on-site restaurant and a nice seafood restaurant right next door. There are also several fast-food joints &and gas stations within 10mins from the hotel. Free on-site parking as well.

Overall a very pleasant stay - especially great for business travelers or those just looking for a place to sleep & shower.

This is a GREAT hotel for business travel. The hotel is only a few years old, and looks brand new.

They have an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices (for people travelling on a per diem). The food is fine - quite good for an inexpensive on-site restaurant. There are free cookies and an honor bar after 5pm.

The common areas and rooms are very clean and well maintained. They have a 24 hour mini-mart where you can get snacks and cold drinks at any hour.

The staff is friendly and accomodating. Beds are comfortable. Internet is free.

There is a very good restaurant, the Bristol Seafood Grille, about 100 feet from the hotel. Their $29.95 fixed price menu was an incredible value. We really liked this restaurant.

Hilton says these were designed by business travellers for business travellers and I agree - they're fantastic and my choice for mid-priced hotel.

I recently stayed at this Inn, and was very pleased with the overall
services. The Front Desk was very Friendly and helpful. My room was too nice, really nice. The American Grill had some really great breakfast and snacks. If I am in the St. Louis area again I will certainly return to this Inn. Thank you all for taking such good care of me and may God bless each and everyone of you.

I am a business traveler and have spent 6 of the past 14 nights in a hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn is usually set in a corporate area as is caters to the business traveler. This is also the case with the O Fallon location. The hotel itself is clean, well lit, comfortable and attractive. The front desk personnel are very pleasant. I enjoyed meeting Melissa and she was very helpful. I asked to be placed at the end of the hall so my room would be away from elevators and noise. My first night was fine. The second night, I was joined by a family that had booked 3 rooms. They were in and out of each of the rooms, with the door locks propped open ( to avoid using a key) and thus creating a constant BANG, not to mention hollering across the hall. The children were running, crying and squeeling in the halls. DO FOLKS LEAVE THEIR MANNERS AT HOME??? The room is theres but the hallway belongs to everyone. I asked the mother
( 50 ish) to please quiet the others down as I wanted to go to sleep. She looked at me like I had asked her to paint the hallway purple. I called Melissa and she kindly came up to explain that everyone had a right to be comfortable in the hotel, as we were all paying to stay there. I guess the others thought it would be fine to be noisy on a Saturday night as it was only 9:00 p.m. Whatever...you cannot watch TV, read or rest when there is a HULLABLOO going on right outside your door. It is my understanding that when hotels cater to business clients, they need to accomodate the needs of these clients as this is their bread and butter. Thankfully, this is held up by the staff and thus the family did quiet down after being asked.
I would recommend this hotel and stay there again as the facilityy was lovely. The upscale restaurant that is adjacent is wonderful and they have coupons at the front desk. I have always found the Hilton Garden Inn to be a pleasant stay and this was no exception!
