“Really nice Hilton”

We were visiting friends near O'Fallon and stayed at this particular Hilton Garden Inn. We usually stay at either a Hilton owned hotel or one of the many Choice Hotels as we belong to their respective travel programs.

This particular hotel was one of the cleanest properties we have had the pleasure to stay in recent travels. It just had a clean, well kept look and feel to it both inside and out. Amenities are pretty standard for this brand of hotel, rooms were clean and well appointed, larger than normal flat screen TV (I'm guessing it was at least 39") but didn't have that great of picture on many of the channels.

This hotel does not offer a free continental breakfast, but did serve a breakfast buffet for about $10 a person. However, we were meeting some old friends for breakfast at another location so can't comment on whether it was worth $10. This hotel does serve fresh brewed coffee 24/7 in the lobby and when we were there had free oatmeal raison cookies to go with the coffee, which was a nice touch.

All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend to any one who wants a really nice clean hotel room for either business or pleasure.

Clean and quiet at a great price. In room coffee maker was pretty good. While I didn't have it, the breakfast buffet for $10 seemed like a good bargain. Outdoors was a bit humid but I guess they can't control the weather!

This hotel has some of the best staff I have ever seen, they remember you by name each time you come. And they remember your preferances on room location and meals. It is so nice to be welcomed by name.

August begins our annual road trip in the jeep. (No doors or windows and usually back roads.) We had a very long day (450 miles) bouncing on the interstate and were exhausted when we arrived. Everything was in perfect order. Delightful light meal with a wonderful bartender (Dan I think). Breakfast was good as well. Only down side is were on 70 and had to maneuver down to 64, but that isn't the hotel's fault:-)

Room Tip: Just ask for a high floor and a quiet room.

Do you business travel more than 50% of your time? If so this is the place for you. This hotel is always clean and the entire staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at home. When you check in they welcome you by name, ask how your travel was, at breakfast they remember your exact order and always are willing to accommodate any special requests. Please try this hotel out and share your experience.

This hotel made good on their Hilton name. I am traveling with two young girls, so you can imagine the grief when a hotel is not pristine. This hotel was very friendly almost like they were family waiting for us to arrive. Room service dinner was fabulous, and once again service was fast and friendly. There is no free breakfast, so after paying for room service then it was granola bars for us the next day. But overall it was a nice visit. Oh and for those who don't know this area, there is an O'Fallon, MO and an O'Fallon, IL (opposite sides of St. Louis).

The Hilton Garden Inn in O'Fallon did a nice job---clean and fresh rooms, great breakfast, and perfect location for our family event. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in he area. Plus their Hilton Promise makes it worthwhile.
