They do a good job here. Sometimes a bit slow and some quirks common to Chinese restaurants (usually won't make your called in order until you get there). But what they make is very good and quite plentiful. We enjoy the Springfield style cashew chicken, the chicken stir fry and the general chicken. Most recently, as a little healthier option, I've been getting the Jalapeno chicken--the chicken isn't fried, and although there are a lot of jalapenos in the dish, if you don't eat them it's not overly spicy (but you need to like somewhat spicy food). We haven't tried the buffet in many years, but it is very popular.
