Once a year a bunch of colleagues and friends gather here to make candles for Christmas. The establishment is set in a great environment, especially so when not dark. You can stroll around the valley and enjoy peace and quietness all year long. But there is an excellent restaurant, sometimes with theme dinners, sometimes with an entertainer of some kind. But for us the annual candles making evening is "our thing". We gather at the loft and set about to make nice candles. During the course of the evening we get served a nice sandwich and a small cake of some sort. 3-4 hours later we carry our precious candles and make our way home in the dark November evening.
They are also open to pottery classes and the food at the restaurant is just great. The prices are at the high end, but you do get quality!
