We had a great stay here with delightful hosts who were extremely helpful and who went out of their way to make our stay so great. The views from the house were stunning and we were fortunate enough to see Mount Robson in all its glory. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts and evening meals were extremely tasty and we enjoyed experiencing some true Canadian food. Chris and Liz. England

Upon our arrival I was already in awe of our point blank view of Mt. Robson in all of its glory. How could it get any better, a river of glacial water rushing by the lodge is how. Woot! This picturesque setting was stunning with the wonderfully designed and crafted log lodge. Our host was very welcoming and got us settled in to our room. With a mountain home feel the room was cozy and a perfect fit for our overnight stay. After our 9 hour drive we enjoyed crashing out on the bed in front of our flat screen. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the view from the breakfast table of Mt. Robson and the glacial river rushing below.

We had one of the smaller rooms in which we would have upgraded to a larger room reservation if we were staying additional night. But for our one night it worked out great. Try getting a room upstairs if you are sensitive to the sound due to the sound of footsteps when someone walks across the floor. It didn’t bother me but keep it in mind if it may bother you (I know some readers are light sleepers).

Thanks again Mt. Robson River Lodge for a wonderful B&B experience in the Canadian Rockies!

This is a great lodge, and it's perfectly located near a number of great day hikes around the Valemount/Jasper region. Claudia and Curtis are very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts are fantastic. I don't know who the main cook/chef is (and it could be both of them), but the food is outstanding. Try to arrange a dinner if they're offering it that night.

Waking up with a mug of coffee, walking down to the deck as the morning clouds part around the summit of Mount Robson...you really can't ask for more than that.

We found the room (the Moose's Nook, in the main lodge) small for our tastes, but in fairness, our trip was last minute and we were traveling with our dog. (Also, they're obviously dog-friendly, which is great and a hard-to-find extra.) Next time, we'll try our luck in one of the cabins.
