A truly excellent cafe with warm friendly staff, great food and coffee. Another establishment which added value to our holiday and we were sad to leave the great ambience, the tasty food and the smiling happy staff.

We ate at "The Olive" twice. Both times it was a very satisfying experience. The ambience is very relaxed with many of the tables spread over the lawn outside the cafe. It is apparent that it is a meeting place for locals and we observed many locals eating there--always a good sign when you are a visitor. The food was good honest fare and the coffee, my wife tells me, was very good. Personally I enjoyed the strawberry milkshake!

This very popular place offers the best coffee in Norfolk and a range of nutritious meals are available. We enjoyed lunch consisting of a delicious sushi salad and thoroughly savoured their soy coffees. The downside of its popularity is that the best seats (outside on the 'verandah')are either taken or reserved! The seats inside are not very comfortable, neither are the ones outside on the grass. If you are fortunate enough to find an empty seat in the outdoor area, you will be truly able to enjoy your beverages/ meals and connect to mobile/ internet, which is a bonus in itself!
