Only $13.50 for 2 pieces of fish and chips - Local Trumpeter and probably the best fish I have ever had and most likely caught that day. Hardly anywhere to get takeaway at night except for this place so it is more than likely that most visitors to the island will go there during their visit. Worthwhile

Decided to check out this local place as it had good reviews on TA. Was sorely dissapointed! $13.50 for two average sized pieces of fish and a handful of chips (which were dry and soft, not crisp and crunchy at all! - probably since they do not seem to cook chips on order, they cook a huge batch then serve you from that. who knows how long my chips had been sitting in the bain marie!) Bottle of coke was $4 - the most expensive, by far, that i've found on the island. It took a good 20-25 minutes for my fish and chips and my friends grilled chicken wrap to be made. The fish was tasty and crisp but the rest of our food left something the be desired. Coleslaw was ok - but either dry at the top of the container or super runny at the bottom of the container. Young man who served us was friendly.

Overall expensive and disappointing. Will not be returning.

We were lucky enough to catch some fish, on our holiday and pre ordered some chips to go with our meal. Very tasty. Great service.

Good local fish & chips! Delicious. Fairly fast service. Prices were pretty good and portions large!

Lovely young man served us trumpeter and chips for me (two huge succulent pieces) and the works burger for my husband, which he really enjoyed. Not expensive, huge portions and great service! We ate there to save taking it all back to our accommodation and watched the big telly while we enjoyed our meals.
