I went for a Veterans day stay, it started off with a wonderful dinner, good food, great strangers that were suddenly family. I was surrounded by elegance, wonderful decor, a rich comfortable bed and breakfast the next day was wonderful. They made accommodation for my food allergy which was just so thoughtful. I brought my 4 year old and 11 year old and they felt just as comfortable in the surroundings as I did. Just the historical nature of the home is worth the trip and everything else was just gravy. Janine went out of her way to make our trip even more special, she made arrangements for the kids and I to go to a local preserve that had many activities for the kids. They set this up especially due to the fact that I am a Veteran and the folks at the preserve opened their doors for a special 3 hour tour of the place and many activities. I felt no stress this weekend at all. I was in great hands. I could not recommend a place any better than this.
