We walked in it lunchtime. We had chips and salsa within a minute of being seated. We placed orders from the lunch menu, then headed for the bathrooms. By the time we returned to our booth, our orders were waiting.
The food was good. The rice had flavor; for most Mexican restaurants, the rice is pretty bland. The salsa was nicely balanced: good flavor and just a little bit of heat. It's easy to overdo the heat; this was just right. The chips were made from flour tortillas. I usually prefer corn tortillas. These were thin, light, crispy and fresh.
Three entrees, water and iced tea to drink, no desserts and we spent $25 + tip.
Good food. Fast. Good flavor. Reasonable prices. I'm surprised this place isn't better known.
