Owner description: Descend into the depths of Onondaga Cave State Park and drop into a world of wonder: towering stalagmites, dripping stalactites, and active flowstones help make the cave a National Natural Landmark and illustrate why Missouri is often called “The Cave State.” Visitors can take guided tours into the underground wonderland. Open for tours seasonally.

Onondaga Cave was the 2nd caver we have visited in Missouri. It was a very unique experience! The cave is very wet and very cold (I think about 56 degrees) but very interesting! The tour takes about an hour and a half, so worth the price.

This is a fairly standard cave tour. The cost is reasonable, and the visitor center is ok.

I took my dog out here and hiked 8-9 miles on three different trails. The Meramec river runs through the park. A canoe and kayak rental on other side of river. Great cave tours available at affordable prices. Campground is clean and cozy

Good tour. Try to schedule the Cathedral Cave tour and do both caves. Cathedral Cave was a better learning experience with kids. Check out the National Geologic Survey earthquake monitoring center there.
