This restaurant opened in 2012, but i didn't get to visit until September, 2013. Went with a group of three woman on a Saturday night and got right in. Had a fantastic meal -- the lobster bisque is the second best at the lake and all of our entrees were fantastic -- I had the mushroom risotto and it was incredible!
Went back this weekend (early October) and we must have hit right at dinner time. didn't have reservations (due to the last time we walked right in and since it was past the summer rush) and found the place absolutely packed. We decided to sit and wait for a table and the staff took pity on us and found a corner for us on the patio. it was warm enough outside that this was fine. had a delightful anniversary celebration out there. hubby had the crab cakes and pronouced them great. i had the shrimp with grits and it was great, but a little spicier than i like (i was warned by the menu -- my fault, not theirs!). still, i consider this one of the three nicest places to eat on the lake and will go back again soon.
