The right place if you're thirsty for culture, history, and spirits. Take the tour. Dillon is a great guide.

This was our last stop on a distillery tour July 1. I had done the tour before, but family members hadn't. Tour guide was great, but more importantly this tasting of the great spirits that Tom's produces. The bourbon and gin and at the top of my list. Also picked up The Machine #2. Tour gives a great history of KC and the political machine in place during prohibition.
Grabbed some quick snack before the tour. Their tasting room has a great atmosphere and they eats are great and pair well with sipping some of the great cocktails they make. You can book a tour at their website. I believe they have three time slots on Saturday? We did the 6:30.

Spent a lovely afternoon in downtown Kansas City touring Tom's Town Distillery.
Started our visit with a delicious cocktail in the bar while waiting for our tour to begin.
The cocktail menu is inventive and our drinks were delicious. Our tour began on time with our guide, Matt. He was fun and informative and made the tour quite delightful.
The tasting room/ souvenier shop followed the not-to-detailed-but-informative tour. Enjoyed learning about the history of KC in the 1920s. Fun thing to do on a hot or rainy day. Worth the ticket cost.

We live in KC and wanted to do something we hadn't in KC before. Our tour guide was excellent, funny and informative. It was cool to see the process of their gin, whiskey, and vodka. We had a drink before the tour and it was also tasty. I thought the tour was worth the value, would recommend this to locals and visitors!

We had a great time in this KC Gem. The tour was a fun walk through KC history. The details in everything they do was a surprise; from the bottle labels to the names of their amazing cocktails.
Thank your for a great evening Tom's Town!
