We had dinner here on a Tuesday night, while staying at the hotel in the same complex. The quality and variety of the food was average at best. And any competent food service worker would tell you that most of the food is not being kept at the proper temperature, which is a safety concern. The carved baked ham tasted good (but was nearly room temperature). The fried chicken was dry, and seemed to have been left over from lunch. The lasagna bake and pizza in the Italian section were hot and fresh, an exception in this buffet. The desserts were tasty, and there was a good selection of sugar free desserts. The room is large and well decorated, and service was fine, after a short wait to get our first drinks (we were back with our food and had started eating before they arrived). For $16 each, we expected a better experience.
