We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and presentable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly. We couldn't have asked for anymore. I wasn't expecting to have such a great stay. I will definetly be returning and recommending this hotel for those who travel and need a place to stay.

The hotel was nice but small. We did not have a refrigerator or microwave like it said we would. The beds were fairly comfortable.

This property was still under renovation/remodeling. The managers were very nice to explain these improvements being made, althought still quite inconvenient for us.

This location was bad from the start. First of all, I found no "chatty, friendly, or helpful" Patty as a manager. The entire area surrounding the hotel had bums begging for money and people sleeping on the streets. First, we found one of our reserved rooms didn't lock from the outside, meaning anyone could walk by and open the door. We called room service and the manager came to check out the door. He stayed, insisted on "fixing" it while we stood around and watched FOR TWO HOURS. He would NOT upgrade us or even switch us to a different room. While he was fixing the door, he used his master key to open our OTHER hotel room. No knock or anything. He opened it, looked inside, one person told him it was the room next door and he said " I know. Just checking," and then proceeded to lecture a group of of-age adults for drinking in the hotel room that he had just broken into. I thought this was EXTREMELY unprofessional, not to mention illegal. After he fixed the door, we showed him that the faucet came off of the counter top when you pulled it on(to show that we didn't break it to avoid extra charge.) He told us that he knew about it. My question... then why wasn't it fixed?
There were oversized holes where the shower heads came out in both bathrooms, a (live) cockroach in one of them. Some sort of sauce (not a stain. dried sauce.) on the sheets and the ice container; a broken lightbulb in the lamp and LOUD Sirens all night long. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS BETWEEN NIGHTS. The beds weren't made, the trash wasn't taken out no new towels... nothing.
The breakfast was edible but nothing fantastic; and the pool is about 8ft by 6ft and 4ft deep...TINY. They lock the doors to the lobby sometime after dark, so you can't get to the ice maker or vending machines. The manager also accused me of breaking into the lobby because he forgot to lock the door(I just wanted more towels).

Really terrible service and rooms.

Room Tip: Don't.

We stayed here for a 3 nights because a large group we were with was staying here. The hotel is nice, it's remodeled but some parts were done a bit cheaply...like the wall in our bathroom shower..it had a hole in it where the shower head is. You could also tell if you looked closely the patch work that was done on walls, but overall a decent job of remodeling. More importantly the room was clean, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the rooms were large enough to accommodate the 4 of us that were staying in the room. The staff was great and the breakfast was fine for what we needed.

The drawback on this hotel is LOCATION. Lets just say from the start I was a bit nervous because our cab driver from the airport had never heard of the address...followed by him telling us once he located it on the map that "that's not a nice area". Another cab driver we had the following night also said that's a very bad part of town! We then found out that the Pizza Hut down the street got robbed that night and one of the nights before we got there some friends of ours heard gunshots. While we never had any issues at the hotel or with the parking lot be very cautious in this area after dark. The hotel staff was great in advising us to NOT park in the back and she even let some of our group park on the grass b/c she didn't want us parking in the back of the hotel.
