I absolutely love this hotel. I believe it opened October of 2018 and as it is still fairly new there are some kinks to be worked out. None of them would prevent me from thinking twice of staying again though. The guestrooms were absolutely comfortable. Whoever picked out the furniture and decor from the bedding to the faucets had the details right. The service from almost all staff was impressive.

I did not feel like I was in Kansas City, very different then any other hotel in Kansas City. Beautiful, hip venue, friendly, helpful staff, and cozy guest rooms. The food at Lazia's was fabulous, and the Perndergast Suite and the Perchon are a must see.

The staff was amazing. Especially, someone named "Lola" at the front desk. There was a miscommunication with a gift card I had received. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. I would recommend staying here to all my friends and family

This was a 5 star hotel experience in my eyes. Great food, staff, rooms and location. Very clean, updated and staff was very approachable and very nice. Uber drivers in the area are a little scary but other than that , it was a great experience.

Looking for a place to stay with a bed as comfortable as yours at home. High thread count on sheet and towels. I even used the soap and lotion. Nice up to date bathroom great lighting in the room. This hotel has so much character.
