Went here to celebrate our anniversary and it couldn't have been more wonderful. You never have an empty plate, the food is incredible! And, We mentioned it was our anniversary and the server even brought us a complimentary dessert and wrote us a sweet message to celebrate the occasion. Too full to finish our bottle of wine, and they even put it in a doggy bag for us to take home. FABULOUS!

Went here with a group of friends for a birthday dinner. We've tried other Brazilian restaurants similar, such as Texas de Brazil, and Fogo de Chao wasn't quite as good. The service was above average with a very attentive, courteous staff. The meat courses were good, not great. The real difference between an average rating and very good/excellent rating is the salad/cold food bar. Fogo de Chao offered an adequate selection of salad options with a few pleasant surprises such as various cheeses, prosciutto and smoked salmon. This is usually a shining star for Brazilian Steakhouses, and Fogo's version seemed to be a bit dumbed down. It left the ladies in our group who opted out of the meat course underwhelmed. For the same price, I've had more pleasant experiences at competing restaurants, such as Texas de Brazil. If you could care less about the salad bar, you will definitely enjoy the varieties of meats available. You could also save a few bucks and try one of the lesser known Brazilian Steakhouses in the KC Metro.

First off, only reason I don't give Fogo the 5 stars is that I went to Texas de Brasil in Memphis in May and though it was the absolute best Brazilian steak house I've ever been to.

Anyways, the meat at Fogo was excellent. They have 16 different types of meat and they were all good in their own way. The salad bar was pretty good, but not the best I've seen. White rice and beans is a normal for me at these establishments, and they were nowhere to be found at Fogo. The meat made up for this and the average salad bar though. Oh, and the cheese bread and fried banana were perfect.

The service was a definite strength. Our waiter was very attentive and there was always food on our plate. The restaurant was very nice and a good place for a romantic date. Just be prepared to eat a lot of good food. Overall, a great experience.

Food was unbelievable...yummmm. Go for lunch, it is more affordable and still has great selections. Prices for lunch were also easier on wallet than dinner.

Salad Bar was sumptuous. Even a vegetarian would enjoy this restaurant. I had the molten chocolate cake-was one of the best I have eaten. The drinks were delicious. Superior service. Highly recommend
