This hotel was wonderful! From the time we stepped out of the car, meeting the valet, to checking out, our stay was superb! The front desk employees tried to meet all our needs, which they did in a wonderful way. The bartender was so knowledgeable and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean and modern. You are a short walk to anything in the Power and Light District. We hope to be back to KC and stay in this hotel again soon!

Our room was pristine! Beautifully decorated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The main plus is it was within walking distance to the Sprint Center. All and all, quality of the room was worth the cost.

We had a great stay. This hotel is within walking distance of lots of great live music. The rooms are clean and the hotel has a classy feel. The staff is Amazing. Leah is their inspiration maker and when we asked her for a recommendation she sent us to this awesome little jazz club. She even called ahead to make sure we had a good experience. We would totally stay again.

This hotel is one block (1 minute walk) from the free downtown trolley bus which takes you to see all the local tourist attractions. Rooms/reception/bar area of all lovely and look very new. The bar staff were particular lovely, very helpful and very welcoming. This is probably the best bar area we had the pleasure of sitting in on our two week vacation and this was because of the staff. The only issue we had with the hotel was parking our motorcycle. When we arrived I went to the reception staff and ask if they could park for us, as normal they couldn't. I asked were we could park the bike and they said in there garage but would charge us the same as the valet rate even though we had to ride the bike into the garage. They offered no solution and at one point advised us that maybe they could get someone from the kitchen to ride the bike for us - strange. There is a cheaper garage across the road from the hotel and some free parking after 6 pm on the road outside.

Thank you for the great comments on our bar! We do like to have some of the best bartenders in town always working! I'm very sorry about the motorcycle incident. Many of our staff in the kitchen do have motorcycle licenses, but next time you visit just park it on the street in front of the hotel. There is a nice little spot located close to the 11th and Baltimore traffic light. Once again very sorry about the issue with your motorcycle.

Beautifully decorated room with a bookcase (thinly stocked but a great idea), high ceilings and huge windows; very comfortable bedding and furnishings; luxe bath; friendly & helpful staff - the valet literally ran (I watched him) to get my car in 90+ degree heat! Valet parking is extra but convenient. Location is great...I wish I had more time to explore the neighborhood. Very quiet room...I was only on the 3rd floor but had no noise from the street. May be considered expensive compared to other KC properties but a bargain when compared to other cities. Would definitely return.

Room tip: Higher floors probably have better views
