The chef/owner of Extra Virgin has developed a creative menu using unusual ingredients. Several of us in my group are adventurous eaters and tried a variety of small plates that scared some of the less adventurous. However, with a little prodding, they tried some of the dishes and agreed they were delicious. There are great dishes for the middle of the road eaters as well. But why not step out of your comfort zone and try something you won't find anywhere else??
