The smell of cigars wafts by as you enter this small venue filled with locals. The bartenders are cute, female and friendly and the bar itself has an ample supply of single men. They sell cigars, which are smoked on the back outdoor patio, and they also have front sidewalk seating outside, the bar and small restaurant tables.
The drinks are weak, but the prices are reasonable so have another. After you've enjoyed the music take a walk a block over to the historic Savoy hotel and check out the stained glass and extraordinary dining room and lobby where Benny Goodman recorded Stompin' at the Savon. Now you're part of KC history!
