I have been fortunate to visit museums all over the world. I could not believe this museum is in Kansas City. It is a baby Met. Do not leave Kansas City without going to this museum. Their collection is massive and very impressive.

I was only in KC for a few days and I went there twice. They have world class artwork in a beautiful facility. The people of KC are so fortunate to have this in their midst. Plus I stumbled across one of my favorite works of modern art: Duane Hanson's Museum Security Guard.

they had some very good art displays. I go there often on my visits to the KC area. Plan a good 2 hours minimum to really even start to see it all.

This museum has a bit of everything. Almost anyone can find something they will enjoy. To really enjoy the entire space give yourself plenty of time or visit several times. Nice gem in KC.
