Take a walk, feed the ducks & picnic, sunbathe, Frisbee. .this is the place to enjoy & relax! Perfection! It's so beautiful & relaxing for as far as the eye can see is a park of green, lake, bridges, walking & running paths, rose gardens. Beauty at it's finest! Yours for the picking!

We've been to KC many times and had never been to Loose park until July 2013. Our 2 year old granddaughter was with us and we were looking for age appropriate activities. Loose Park came up on Trip Advisor and it happened to be less than a mile from our hotel. What a beautiful park. Wonderful playground and spray/sprinkler area. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to the plaza!!

This is a great park. I am not sure it is a highlight if you are coming from out of town but living in the area this is a fantastic place to visit.

We don't live close enough to visit often but we have been there several times, most recently to have family photos taken. We really enjoyed it and the kids had a blast. They have gardens, playgrounds, trails (mostly paved), open areas, and water features.

It is sometimes difficult to find a parking place, especially on nice weekends.

Its a nice park. Im sure it looks beautiful when all the roses are in bloom. Unfortunately most of them were dead or dried out from not enough water. Still a pretty place to sit & enjoy.

Loose Park is a gem in Kansas City situated next to the Country Club Plaza amid beautiful homes. Make sure you visit the rose garden with a circular fountain surrounded by circular paths and rose bushes. Lots of Kansas City stonework from the 30's, the same you see at the zoo and many homes in the area.
