We took our daughter here last summer, and she loved it! One tip: If you decide to walk the trail to the Falls, wear comfortable shoes! And do not look the geese in the eyes....

The building was locked so we just hiked the paved and dirt trails. Good for fall foliage. There was a nice falls on the river at the bridge.

The building was compact with interesting live and interactive set ups. A good place to bring kids. Then there are around 5 miles of trails, short to longer, so meet anyones idea of learning. I would go just for the hike trails.

We went here based on the reviews and were underwhelmed. The staff were extremely personable and friendly. However, the little museum type displays were pretty minimal and simplistic. In all honesty we only walked the small trail down to the creek bed because of the heat and did not experience any of the other trails. Perhaps that would have made a difference.

Nice exhibits set in a natural setting. Appealing to all ages and educational. Definitely worthy of any accolades.
