This little hotel is in an excellent location--just one block from the beach and seaside restaurants. It has its own nice, clean restaurant--great ceviche and calamari. Family-run, staff are quite laid back, casual and friendly--and inexpensive compared to other places--good deal for the money. The downsides are the barking dogs at night (next to the town square) and bright street lights shining into some of the rooms. Get a room not facing the town square. Also, no hot water when we were there.
Make sure you get to the museum at the Paracas Reserve Nationale (5-10 min taxi ride).... don't try walking this--it's pretty desolate.
