“This was better than expected and the property manager was great”

I came to Sayulita for 2 months of solo living and I couldn't be happier. Casa Rosa #3 is the perfect place in terms of location and price. It's just a short walk to the plaza or the beach but far enough away from those places that I can sleep peacefully at night. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos and was clean upon arrival. There were a few items that I needed to make my long stay more comfortable and Eric, the manager was fine with getting those things for me. A blow dryer, shot glasses, and a few kitchen items. What I love the most is the outdoor kitchen! I spend my whole day outside but I have lots of privacy due to the palm trees that surround the open space.
There are a few things that could use some maintenance like the screen is missing from one of the bathroom windows so if the bugs ever get bad this will be a problem. I've never experienced a problem with bugs in Sayulita so for now it's not an issue.
There are a few drawbcks- no pool and the road out front is a steep dirt road that is not maintained at all. There is a bit of garbage to step over ( or you can pick some up as I do each time I come home) Sometimes the hot water turn cold momentarily but so far it has always returned to warm- fingers crossed.
I like the fact that there is a washer and dryer at my disposal and whenever I have needed something Eric has looked after it right away. I'm still waiting for a BBQ but the tacos in town are so great I can wait a little longer for that to arrive.
