The couple who own Patricia's were extremely helpful in getting our son, an experienced surfer, and our nephew, a novice, set up with boards and pointing them toward the best place to take a young learner. We had a lovely breakfast and headed to the chairs on the beach for the day. The showers are a nice perk. We were able to wash off the salt and sand before venturing on our way. We will definitely go back. :)

3 couples 3 of which are siblings and had not been on a trip together since our childhood. We had a great day. Started off with Captain William same as last year with our grandkids. Then fishing caught 4 Bonitas, escorted to Las Marietas by dolphins, and snorkeled into the caves. The water wasn't as clear as before, because of the recent rains, but still a lot of fish to see. The experience was the turbulence that projected us into the tunnel and beach on the other side. You have to be careful and pay attention to the waves, because you are on your own going into with such turbulence. Once on the other side you have to watch again, otherwise you can hit your head or get caught up in the waves, like our brother in law, but he was okay! The was calm and cloudy some sun. Totally good experience, more than we have experienced in our many years of coming here. Captain Pablos cooked our fish, and served beans, rice , and salsa!

We found Patty to be a great source of information and help. She advised that their panga to Los Marietas for snorkeling and fishing would be half the price and more fun than the big boats from La Cruz. She was spot on. Our Captan, Fernando caught us Dorado and found clear water for snorkeling. Upon return they took our fish and brought us ceviche under the palapa on the beach.
The food, drinks and service was exceptional. This is the best of Sayulita. Thanks so much to Patty.

Hubby and I are active 50 something's and we happened upon Patricia during a day trip to Sayulita from our hotel in Puerto Vallarta - what a treat!! She had nice gear, a calm reassuring manner, spoke great English as well as Spanish (ex pat). For a mere 100 pesos, we had a quick lesson, a stand up board for a generous 90 minutes, a fresh shower afterwards AND a great referral to a nearby vegetarian food spot!
All in all, it made for a great day, we hope to get back one more time before we need to return home. :)
AND, she wasn't pushy in the least. :)

This place was fantastic. The two guys working the week we were there were Tony and Miguel. Tony gave my friend and I a surf lesson and he was awesome. They are humble and talented, and make surfing fun and easy to learn. They have cheap rentals for all other equipment too! Hands down, best place to go!
