Before setting off to the snorkeling spot (Islas Las Marietas) they slowed down the motors so that we could jump in the water to cool off. Once there the crew took us snorkeling and pointed out an octopus while the other boats herded their "cattle" in and out of the cave. They took their time helping us into the cave and to the hidden beach one at a time since the tide and the swells were high. Once at the beach they lead us on adventures into the side caves and showed my son how to "butt surf" with the huge waves. We spent so much time on the hidden beach that we saw other boats disgorge their passengers, herd them in and back out while we relaxed in the surf. Excellent lunch back on board the catamaran, the drinks kept flowing and the variety was great. On the way back Pancho stopped the boat so that we could catch up with a pod of dolphins who played in our wake. They even let us get into the water to swim with them. Noah helpfully pointed out a sail fish for us. Jumping off the bow of the catamaran and swimming between the pontoons to catch the boom-net was an unexpected highlight. Can't say enough good things about this crew, the tour and this company. They took the time to show that they actually care about the islands and their customers. We will be back!
