Not sure who this is aimed at but we were disappointed. The Viking Feast actors were very enthusiastic but they were given much to work with. The "story" is driven by audience participation which, in our case, included an eager 10 year old from another group. Not what we were expecting. The food was "traditional Newfoundland" and as a traditional Newfoundlander I hope folks will try food at other locations. It was expensive and our party of 4 waited until it wasn't rude to leave.

We had an excellent time at this truly Newfoundland dinner theatre. We participated in a viking court and feasted on an all you can eat Newfoundland fare buffet dinner. We had such a great time we were talking about the show for days and days....actually we are still talking about the show a month later. We were fortunate to be seated at a table with a family from St. Anthony; we really enjoyed visiting with them and hearing about life in Newfoundland.

The food was great! The service and the show was spectacular! The restaurant building was truly unique....the building is a replica of a viking sod covered building.

I highly recommend this dinner theatre when in St. Anthony. This was the best "dinner theatre" we have gone to....sorry Mayfield and Jubilations Dinner Theatres.

We really enjoyed our evening here. The food was excellent and gave us a taste of authentic Newfoundland fare. The place was almost full the night we were there and this is definitely a bonus when it comes to the "theatre". The service was great!

Surprised no one has reviewed this yet.

This is located just below (and run, I think by) the Lightkeeper's Restaurant. You sit at one of five or six long tables, served by one or two manic servers. There's a guy playing the role of the Viking chieftain. He talks to you a bit, then you get up and serve yourself from the buffet. Usual Newfoundland fare. Perfectly decent, and perfectly average.

After this, the Viking chieftain conducts a few mock trials. Three or four people in the crowd come up with issues they want to bring to trial -- at our dinner, one guy accused a pal of his of murdering his mother (not seriously, of course), and a ten year-old boy accused his mom of making him go to sleep before dark every night. Witnesses are called, and the crowd votes on the verdict by banging on the tables. All very light-spirited and fun.

Afterwards your kids (if you've brought them) can play around with some Viking props. We had a good time, would definitely recommend it as a diverting evening.
