When this mall first opened, it had Off 5th, a Marshalls and Home Goods combo store to die for, and a variety of really fun shops. When I walked in recently, it was like a ghost town. A sprinkling of stores trying to stay open, and certainly not an "outlet mall." It felt...lonely! I'm sorry to see this happen to a mall that had such potential.

“Love this outlet mall!”

Great selection of stores...and all stores accessible from inside the mall. Could have a bit more of a selection in food court.

“Easily spend 8 hours shopping-big mall!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013

We recently visited the Mills and found it to be full of fun surprises. There are a ton of shops, eateries, and a ton of bargains to be found. I had my favorite stores and the hubs had his, but we both enjoyed the mall. It is clean, bright, and expansive with tons of stuff to explore.

“It is simply a shopping mall.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

When this mall opened several years ago, it was supposed to be a "destination mall." It was opened by the Mills folks. In my humble opinion, if I rode on a bus several hundred miles to this mall, I would be very disappointed. Mills no longer operates it and is now known as St. Louis Outlet Mall (limited number of what I would call true outlet stores however).

It has the only Cabela's and Books-A-Million in the St. Louis region and several other retailers like Bed, Bath and Beyond and Old Navy that can be found elsewhere. Ross recently opened a location here, but Marshall's recently closed. Way too many empty store fronts and some stores that look like glorified flea markets. The food court is still intact and has a Tony Roma's, which also is not found anywhere in St. Louis. The Regal Cinema is nice and has an IMAX screen (although I have never seen it). On weekends in the mall, kids have to be with adults after a certain time so that cuts down on the loitering you get in all malls. There is a full-sized ice rink that the NHL Blues use as their practice facility and has open skating times and lessons.

It's plain and simply a mall. Fine for shopping in the stores and grabbing a bite (daughter loves Panda Express), but nothing "special."
