We had a wonderful time in Hannibal, but the Dubach Inn made the trip special.
Our breakfasts at the Inn were better than anything else we ate in Hannibal - gorgeous spreads of freshly baked breads (pumpkin, lemon, berry - all incredible!) and every breakfast entree was absolutely delicious.
The hosts were so kind, generous, and thoughtful. If you are more private and like your innkeepers to be more reserved, then they intuitively know to respect that. My wife and I tend to be more reserved and private, but our hosts were such wonderful people that we ended up gabbing away for hours one morning. Honestly, meeting them was one of the highlights of the trip!
The house is beautiful, very clean, and full of endless charm. I think our suite was more cozy than our own home! We're a very active, young-ish couple, but we almost hated to leave the Dubach to go out for the day - it was that comfortable!
Don't hesitate to book with the Dubach. We certainly won't think twice about booking there the next time we're in the area. (And, we've already talked about going back to Hannibal just to stay at the Dubach!!)
