Stayed at the hotel after a Cardinals game had a great time, very nice place to stay! The room was very clean, bathroom was very large and the room was very quiet for a nice nights sleep! The lobby area is also very nice and the second floor lends to neat pictures with family and loved ones!!!

We were here for a gathering. Since it is an older hotel the rooms and hallways were more spacious than the new hotels.
Shuttle will take you to and from the airport for free. They will also take you in an 8 miles radius of the hotel ,if not be used for airport runs.
Included in our room price was a full breakfast. Did eat in the regular dinning room for lunch which others said the cobb salad was good.

Very nice hotel and nice people. Would stay here again. The executive floor was a small room and hard to find, but had nice offerings at night and morning. Very good location. All of our requests were taken care of before our arrival and waiting in the room.

Nice big rooms. Friendly service. Nice continental breakfast.....better than most. Not a typical cookie cutter hotel. Our room was by the main lobby, great location. The only negative was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, so don't even count it as a sleeping option. Besides that it was a great stay.

Although there are many things to like about this hotel there are a few negatives as well. To begin with front deck personnel are hit or miss and in my case mostly a miss. When I made the reservation I asked for a room with a nice view. This is a relative concept at this hotel as most views overlook the parking lot or strip malls. Upon check in I once again asked for a room with a nice view. The room to which I was first assigned was quite dark upon entering. Once I got to the window I realized that this was because the view was of a brick wall about four feet away. I called the front desk to say that I wanted another room. When I got back down there the ? front desk manager ? (she had helped the young women who had originally assigned me the room ) asked me if I liked the view. Now it seems to me that either the front desk personnel do not know what the rooms they are assigning are like or that they should be in careers outside of the hospitality industry. The second room I was assigned was right next to the front door on the first floor, usually not a good room for a woman traveling alone. It was however spacious and turned out to be surprisingly quiet. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you don't have a car you are stuck. The hotel shuttle will not take you downtown or even to any sights on the west side of town, The best they can do is take you to the metrolink ( which is an excellent public transportation system) station close to the hotel. However the drop off and pick up times are subject to their priorities and when I was there they blocked off a whole afternoon as being unavailable for transport . On the positive side the room was large and quiet, the business center was always available, the included breakfast was ample, and the price was reasonable.

If you need a place to simply sleep, then this hotel is OK as long as you like extremely soft pillows. Do not be fooled by the hotel web site; the only renovation was the door knobs and towel hooks. Our room had stained carpet, walls, sheets, shower walls and furniture. The TV reception was extremely grainy. TripAdvisor reviews were very favorable and I guess it would be if you had a relative in a nearby hospital. I would never stay at this particular Hilton again. Also if you are a HHonors member, don't expect any welcome goodies, we were informed that, "We don't do that here."

Just got home from a night at the Hilton Frontenac. Amber at the front did a wonderful job. Our coffee machine was having problems and she comped us a few coffees from the restaurant. The location is great. The rooms were nice. I really enjoyed our shower! For the money, you can't beat this hotel.
