“Good place to stay!”

This hotel is a little tricky to get to off the high way, but is worth it. It is advertised as a 'non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately the first room they gave me had been smoked in! Management came to the room when I called to complain and I was moved to another room real quick on the ground floor. Drury is a 'pet friendly' hotel which is comfortable if you are traveling with your canine companions and they don't charge an additional fee for this. I have stayed in a lot of Drury Inns for this reason and find the rooms to be consistently maintained at a high standard: clean and comfortable. I usually try to take advantage of any room discounts when making reservations as I feel they charge a little on the high side sometimes, but then they offer the evening snack and refreshments that include alcoholic beverages. This along with the good quality breakfast is an added value and also convenient especially if you don't feel like going out to find a full meal when you're tired from driving. There is a 'loyalty club' you can join to earn points for free-stay nights. Staying in Missouri will cost more anyway, as I have noticed, because they have higher taxes added in the St Louis area, so be sure to confirm your exact rate with tax included.

This is a great place to stay. Have never experienced such great customer service at a hotel. Every staff member we came in contact with went above and beyond to make us feel as if they really enjoyed us being there. The manager was nice enough to change our room for us so my grandson could be on the top floor so he could see farther as this was his first hotel stay. The soda and popcorn when we arrived was a great snack after a long drive. Their snacks in the evening were much more than a meal so we saved money by not having to to out. They also offer alcoholic drinks if you want them in the evening. Breakfast was above what was expected also. We had an issue with our air conditioner not working and they were booked solid the first night we were there. The main maintenance man actually came back to the hotel (he had already gone home for the evening) and installed a new air conditioner while we went to the pool area which included an indoor/outdoor pool, a 1ft pool for smaller children and a hot tub with plenty of towels. Our only complaint was that the elevator was a little slow. Will definitely look for this hotel chain wherever we go.

We checked in a few minutes shy of midnight. We were very tired and check in was extremely fast with great customer service (and very affordable double digit rate!) The hotel was awesome in cleanliness, free soda fountain drinks, breakfast bar, snacks, pool, hot tub and room anemnities (fridge, microwave, coffe pot, blow dryer, iron, etc). Will definetly stay at this place again. We had a family member in the hospital off of I-270 on Ballas Road. Room rates in that area were to expensive. We traveled about 15 minutes away (thankfully) and found this awesome hotel. I highly recommend this place for everyone, but especially if you have a loved one in the hospitals on Ballas Road. I give this place 5 star rating!

Room Tip: We need white noise to sleep, room on 7th floor was perfect!

We spent Memorial Day weekend in St. Louis with our children for the second year in a row. We chose the Drury Inn & Suites in Fenton, as it was centrally located to the attractions we visited. The hotel is about 20 minutes west of downtown St. Louis and we had stayed at this location before and had nothing but good things to say about the place. We had requested a room with two queen beds, but when we checked in, we were told we were being upgraded to a suite. It was on the 4th floor and it was clean and quiet. The suite was spacious with a separate living area that had a pull-out couch, comfy chair, coffee table, and desk. The only issue we had was that the bedroom was really warm. The thermostat on the wall controlled an A/C unit by the window in the living area but there was not a separate A/C unit in the bedroom. Needless to say, my hot natured family didn't use covers the entire trip.

The hotel provides a free hot breakfast as well as free food at 5:30 each night. Some of the food they offered changed each night, but they always offered hotdogs, nachos, salad and chips, each night of the week. On Friday evening, they served pasta, meatballs, and baked potatoes. On Sunday evening, we had chicken strips and mac and cheese. You can get unlimited Pepsi products, milk, juice, or coffee or they even offer three adult beverages per night. One night, we came in just before they were shutting down. My daughter got a hotdog, but they had already put away the relish and ketchup. One of the workers cleaning tables overheard me telling her that she would have to eat it plain, and he went in the back to get some for her so she could have the hotdog how she likes it. He really didn't have to go out of his way to do that, so I thought that was nice.

There was an indoor and outdoor pool that connected as well as a hot tub and kiddie pool. They had issues with the hot tub on two separate occasions while we were there, but they always had a maintenance person right on it to fix the issues. They have two elevators, one in the middle of the hotel and one near the pool. Both were really slow, and on more than one occasion, I opted to take the stairs from the 4th floor rather than to wait on the elevator.

Overall, we were impressed with our visit and this visit confirms that Drury in Fenton will be our go-to hotel when we are in the area.

I have become a huge fan of Drury after our stay here. Glad we found this hotel. After a crappy stay at another hotel we moved here. Excellent service. Very pleasant and courteous employees. The room and bathroom were very clean. The view from our room(5th floor) was very eye pleasing. The breakfast provided was filling with loads of choice. The evening snack(more like dinner) was a surprise. Baked potatoes, mac n cheese, chicken wings, salad, hot dogs!!! Wow!! The swimming pool was a big hit with our kids. Half of the pool is indoors and the other half outdoors. We had gone to St louis for Robotics competition travelling 3000 miles by road. On our way back we chose Drury for all our nights on the road. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

Very friendly staff and pet friendly. Love they had a great breakfast and evening meal. Easy on and off interstate. Plus next door to a Cracker Barrel, convenient gas station.

Big room with big bathroom. Has very thick doors so you do not hear any noise in hallway.

We spent 3 nights here, and thought the room and service were really good. The wifi did not work well for us at all, and we could only connect in the afternoon. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The breakfast and evening snacks were tasty and plentiful. Hot dogs, baked potatoes, chicken tenders, really good vegetable soup, chips, salsa, cheese sauce, celery and carrots, with wine, beer and mixed drinks. The servers were friendly and accommodating. My one ongoing concern was the marble ( or tile) floor in the dressing room and bath. They became treacherously slick if they got water on them. We ended up spreading towels where we walked to protect ourselves. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.
