There's a reason I'm a multi-year season pass holder. The park is lots of fun with plenty to do, even for a family with young children. Wether you're a season pass holder or just visiting for a day you'll always have plenty to do.

“good coasters but where are they?”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2014

They have some really great rides and great coasters. The lines were not bad when we were there we only waited about 25 minutes at the longest rides. They have a feature called "express passes" that did not make us real pleased with the park, when we first got there the batman Coaster was running 2 trains with no lines, we actually got to stay on one ride, it closed for a little maintenance and when reopened they only ran one train. This was the situation on all the coasters, we really felt that it was due to the fact that they had charged people for express passes in the first of the day when really lines were not long enough to be selling them, it made our waits longer than what they would have been had they opted out of selling the passes that day. The park is pretty run down and in need of some TLC, new paint, etc. The staff was all super friendly but when asked where things were everyone seemed lost no one could tell you were to find anything, I have never been to a park that was so poorly laid out. We did not go to the water park, as it was super crowded and when some of our group went over they immediately came back due to the crowd. We went on a great program called Read to Succeed where we got free tickets for our kids that were 12 and under so if we got the same deal we might go back, but I would not pay full admission to visit.

“Love Six Flags!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2014

We love coming here! We try to visit 2x a week with two elementary-aged kids. They have plenty of rides to go on, fast and slow. We love the water park, too. We recommend getting season passes and the meal plan-even if you're only coming for a few days. It really simplifies your visit and you only have to worry about souvenirs, snacks, and drinks. I also recommend buying a refillable bottle-it is sooooo handy and inexpensive. Again, we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our park!

“Better than expected ”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2014 via mobile

Got there early before it opened and got to ride all major coasters with no line except Batman, so have a startegy if you want to ride coasters. Did water park rest of day, great kids area! Free cup of ice water everywhere but we got their big refillable mugs and they are expensive but a good deal if you share them and fill then up a few times.

“Should be called 5 Flags”

Haven't been there for about 20 years, now went back with our granddaughter who is 6. All the people where wonderful, very friendly, and rides were great, BUT, the upkeep had really dropped. In dire need of weeding, landscaping, and when you are floating down the lazy river, I don't want to look at weeds, gravel lots and storage buildings. Just needs some tlc
