This is a spectacular place to visit! The falls are fantastic, and you just have to jump in! Be sure to check out the scenic creek above the falls!

We love Rocky Falls. It is a must see stop on our annual trips to Eminence, Mo. This is one of our favorite swimming holes in the area (along with Twin Rocks on the Current River, & Button Rock on the Jacks Fork River). Bring shoes if you plan on climbing (athletic shoes are less slick on the mossy wet rocks than the typical water shoes). The Falls are a beauty in & of themselves, and the water isn't as cold for swimming as the spring fed rivers are. You can swim from the gravel bar in the swimming hole at the bottom of the falls, or with some fairly easy climbing, slide down the falls themselves. You can climb all the way to the top of the falls (I recommend avoiding the wet spots when climbing), to the stream where the water flows into the falls. From preschool-high school the kids love it, and the parents and grandparents do too; at least in THIS family.
