Owner description: Home to over 500 rare and endangered animals from all over the world representing 56 species. We have camels, kangaroos, lemurs, buffalo, omnivores, deer and we are home to many rescued large reptiles and tropical birds too! We have just added some cats to our park including Caracals and Servals. There is plenty to see in our 4 mile drive thru and petting zoo with walk thru area too! Come during one of our bottle feeding times and you will get to help our zookeepers bottle feed baby animals! Newly added this past summer we opened a new wing to the Walk Thru to include a Ring-tailed Lemur Exhibit, an American Alligator Poll and the Prarie Dog Town! Open everyday, year-round! Have a bigger family? Promised Land ZOO now offers a special Family Rate that will allow you to bring all the kids you want at a discounted rate (see our website for details). Also look to our website for personal tour, group tour and special party information. Bottle feedings daily.

This zoo is a drive through with most of the animals uncaged. You can buy food and feed the animals which will come up to your car knowing they will be fed. There were four adults driving and feeding the animals and thoroughly enjoying the experience.
This is a private zoo being run by a family and staff. It is a half day enjoyable trip about 45 miles from the hustle and bustle of Branson.

An amazing place to see and touch Gods creation. Make sure you buy plenty of food for Detour the camel and Bill Murray the emu. You'll love it!

The llama and emus had us laughing for days about their antics to get food from us during our drive through. The emus would get right up against the car making it impossible to move on and then stare us down through the windows. The llamas worked in a group of three: one would stand in front of the car while the other two stood by the sides getting fed. Goats and one breed of deer followed the car around getting their share of food, also. Many other species of animal could be seen roaming around. Unfortunately, as must be the case with any animal attraction, others were in fences or in cages, but looked well-taken care of by the owners. The on-site, walk-through petting zoo was entertaining, too, especially the birds.
For $22 per adult, we were able to tour both this site and the Branson location (ticket good for one visit to each site within seven days of purchase). Unfortunately, we missed the bottle feeding at the Eagle Rock location, but maybe we'll catch it on a return visit. Entertainment for all ages!

Very unique place to see and feed animals that otherwise you would not see in normal day to day life, great place to take the family and enjoy the day

Such a different experience. I don't know if we've ever laughed so hard when we had an encounter with a buffalo. Their tounges are so long and theyre very friendly. Such a fun and different find.
