Our server, Hannah was great, food and drink were tasty as always. Shocked! I repeat Shocked! When immediately after ordering a third round of drinks the hostess told us we needed to give up our table and move to the bar because the table had been reserved for a group coming in a 6:00. We politely pointed out that this was not acceptable and we would stay at our table until we finished our drinks. Billy, the owner came over and apologized to us.We accepted and continued with our conversation. Hostess came back and said, the party who reserved your table is here, you need to go to the bar. We again politely (and firmly) explained that we would be finishing our drinks at our table. Billy returned and wanted to know what is wrong? Why won't we move? Explained that we had never experienced a restaurant asking us to leave our table for another group. His reasoning was that the other people had made reservations the day before. So? Not. Our. Problem. Then he referred to my friend as "Hon", which doesn't sit well with a mature paying customer. He kept telling us he had apologized, but he continued to insist that we vacate the table (He offered to buy us a drink at the bar--if I wanted sit at a bar, I would have done that to begin with) Won't be going back, won't be referring others, will be posting this review on other sites. In the days of social media, it really pays to be a considerate host and business person.
