The service at The Grill was most impressive. The Captain introduced himself, informing us he would be checking in with us to insure that everything was to our liking. The Chef did the same a bit later, asking if we had any questions or requests. He talked me into the ribeye which I tend to avoid as they are sometimes rather gristly, but his was great, as were the sides; all piping hot and delicioso.
Having pros like these taking care of one's dining needs is most comforting and appreciated.

We just had an early Valentine's Day meal at The Grill courtesy of an amazon local deal. It was absolutely wonderful...service was extraordinary and the meal was exceptional. We will be back.

Despite calling the Ritz to ascertain when the Sunday Brunch is served and being told it started at 10:30 and receiving a confirmation from OpenTable (511824738). The Ritz called to say that our reservations were for 12:00! Since we were catching a plane at 2:00 this was impossible. The woman I spoke with was rude and uncaring which isn't what I would expect from the Ritz.....guess their customer service is lacking and lacking and lacking. We won't ever try Brunch there again.

We were the only diners in this place at 6:00 on Friday, usually not a good sign. Every dish we were served was prepared with obvious care, and was beyond our expectations. The highlight of the evening was sour very personable server, Lorena. If you are in the area, have dinner here, you won't be disappointed.

I am a big fan of Ritz Carlton Hotels, I even carry their Black Card for travel. So this is certainly not a stab at the Hotel, which is delightful in St. Louis.

The Grill is more akin to dining at a Franchise. Honestly, for the price, a more personal and 'haute' experience would fare better here.

Service is pretty average. I was a bit dismayed to have to explain the difference between the 'Name' of a winery, and a 'region...' SMH

-Order the Tuna “Mosaic," it is a pleasant dish to start with.

-The Filet and the Ribeye were guests at our table, and they were not 'unwelcome,' but they were also not as you might expect form the Ritz.

-A lobster tail to accompany the Filet was a bit overcooked and chewy, and a bit more 'fishy' than I had wished.

-Ambience is certainly not dreadful. It was inviting and not overwhelming.
