“Great amenities for the price. Clean.”

We stayed here last week for 4 nights. There was a large group traveling for my son's hockey trip, about 20 kids total and their parents. The staff were very accommodating, putting us all in rooms in the same 3 buildings. We were in the back buildings, 11, 12 and 13. They were spotless and newly renovated. Granite counter tops in the full kitchen and Paul Mitchell bath products that were replaced every day. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We had the option of filling out a grocery list and having them shop for you. The front desk staff were helpful, providing us with great places to eat. It's out of the city, which really drops the price. We will definitely stay here again when in St. Louis.

Room Tip: Two choices, upstairs or downstairs. Both are great.

Stayed at the Residence Inn in Chesterfield while traveling on business for two weeks in a row.
The hotel is off the beaten path, which makes it feel quite residential with its location.
The hotel is seperated into a number of buildings on the property, they were updated and nice and clean. Staff is very attentive and accommodating.
They only have an outside pool, but is very nice if in season.
The complimentary breakfast is above average and has hot food items along with your normal continental type breakfast items. I would recommend this hotel for any traveling on business or pleasure.

Room Tip: I was told that buildings 5 and 6 are the most currently renovated and updated.

Let me start off by saying that we are not really picky travelers. As long as a place is clean and comfortable, we're usually happy. This place wasn't extremely clean...the bathroom floor hadn't been swept or mopped. We paid a little extra for this room labeled "penthouse suite" thinking it would be a little nicer than a regular room. It was okay but I wouldn't stay here again. The lady at the front desk wasn't friendly at all; in fact she was actually pretty cranky. There was a gal who was there when we checked in 8/2 in the evening, who was really nice but the other (older) lady who was there when we checked out 8/5, was the rude one. We will stay at Residence Inn again--just not this location.

Room Tip: If you get a room here, I would just book a regular suite, not the more expensive room; it's not...

Stayed here for two weeks in August 2011. The staff is really helpful. The suite is big enough with common amenities. They provide good comfy rooms with contemporary appliances and the Breakfast was really tasty.

Room Tip: Try to get the room on the ground floor.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It's a typical residence inn. The location is a little challenging and while it's not a bad location, compared to other options like the Hampton Inn and Suites on McBride (my favorite) or the Drury, it's not a good location.

Service was good. Bathroom is tiny. Bed was fine. Free food was generally pretty good.

Stayed here for two weekend nights in April. This is an older property that has recently been updated. The suites are very nice with contemporary appliances and counters. The breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly. The only issues, and they were not deal breakers, were the size of the baths and for some reason the room was damp. This doesn't mean unclean or musty but the floor felt wet the entire stay. The other thing which they do a nice job of advertising but not a good job explaining is that the fireplaces burn composite logs which you have to buy from the hotel pantry. The bed was fine and the mattress comfortable. The sheets were lower end but they were clean and fresh. This would be a great place to stay for a family or a biz traveller who might want some extra space.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms next to Conway Rd as they face I-64

This was our first stay at a hotel with our little mini dachshund so we were unsure what to expect. The front desk staff had a welcome gift bag for our dog containing treats and a toy. We had a room on the ground floor with a little private grassy area right outside our sliding door, making potty time so easy. Our room was immaculately clean and smelled fresh and new. I would definitely recommend this Residence Inn to anyone traveling with a dog through the St. Louis area. It was great and we would stay here again.

Room Tip: Request a ground level room if traveling with pets.
