visiting friends who live in st. louis, we went to this neighborhood chinese restaurant in a small strip. it looks like nothing from the outside, but once inside, the decor is very pretty and the staff was friendly and smiling as we were shown to a table.
the menu is extensive and we decided to order appetizers while we studied it: egg roll, pot stickers, wonton soup and crab rangoon. wow! one was better than the next! the egg rolls were stuffed full and lightly wrapped, delicious. the crab rangoon and pot stickers were also wonderful. i would skip the soup as it was the least flavorful of all. our friends all enjoyed their entrees --- but i can rave about the mu shu pork: the crepes/pancakes were the best i have ever had anywhere and the filling was spectacular.
i guess the only negative thing i can think to say is that they don't have spare ribs....
