“order all the appetizers!!”
Reviewed May 29, 2014

visiting friends who live in st. louis, we went to this neighborhood chinese restaurant in a small strip. it looks like nothing from the outside, but once inside, the decor is very pretty and the staff was friendly and smiling as we were shown to a table.
the menu is extensive and we decided to order appetizers while we studied it: egg roll, pot stickers, wonton soup and crab rangoon. wow! one was better than the next! the egg rolls were stuffed full and lightly wrapped, delicious. the crab rangoon and pot stickers were also wonderful. i would skip the soup as it was the least flavorful of all. our friends all enjoyed their entrees --- but i can rave about the mu shu pork: the crepes/pancakes were the best i have ever had anywhere and the filling was spectacular.
i guess the only negative thing i can think to say is that they don't have spare ribs....

“Wonderful Chinese food”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

Chinese restaurant very near my house but I had never heard of it. Hard to find but worth the effort. Environment is very nice with white table cloths in a rather small dining area. Great wait staff with extensive choices on the menu. Last time had Seseame Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice, both meals were so good that I wanted to go back the next day.
Will continue to dine here, what a great find for me.

“Very good food, reasonable prices.”
Reviewed May 2, 2014

We live in the area and frequently stop by for take out and eat in. The food is consistently very good and I think the prices are very reasonable. Extensive menu. I also like the decor, which is not the typical Chinese restaurant of a few years ago. If you do take out for lunch they have a "frequent customer" card.

“Hit and Miss on Quality”
Reviewed August 2, 2012

We discovered this restaurant last year and really enjoyed our dining experience. The entrees were well-seasoned, fresh, and well-prepared. We looked forward to going back this year, which we did. Granted it was a Tuesday evening, but we noticed at 6:30 PM when we arrived, very little customer business (three tables, including us, all night). We ordered the same two dishes we had the year before and the first thing we did notice was the shrimp...obviously frozen for some time...and a few other ingredients appeared to have been recycled. It was necessarily a bad meal, but we now have decided to search for another Chinese restaurant in the Chesterfield area. Given that this restaurant, once your figure out where it is - not easy - use google maps, is hidden within a shopping center....you may wish to call ahead to see if they are still in business.
