We were traveling with Friends, and I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, on the internet thru Wyndham Rewards, a Queen nonsmoking, and a King accessible nonsmoking for our Friends. Upon arriving, we were told that we could have nonsmoking rooms for the 1st night, but one of our rooms would have to be smoking for the second night, plus they did not have a king accessible for either night, even tho, we had confirmations in hand for nonsmoking. We ended up staying the first night, because it was too late to get anything else, but canceled the second night, and drove 32 miles one way to the next town.
The rooms were ok, beds were comfortable, vanity was outside the bathroom, which was a big plus, basic breakfast with packaged cinnamon roll, frozen waffles (yuck), cereal, toast, coffee and juice.
We would not stay there again, because management will not honor confirmations.

Room Tip: Second floor is noisy with rooms above and below, lots of creaking noise.

No microwave in room. Was told that management we're waiting for all the microwave to die and then pulled all them all out. Refrigerator made noise during the whole stay, pool and hot tub were already drained, I was also told hot tub doesn't get hot so it's actually a cool club all the time, mediocre breakfast, no security doors did not lock after dark. But then again what do you expect for 60 bucks... if you are in town for blue collar work, decent place, anything else, go down the road and find Holiday Inn

Requested nonsmoking room when reservation was made using a travel agency. Only smoking rooms were available at check-in. Everything we brought into the room now smells like smoke: our luggage, things inside our luggage, blanket, etc. Refrigerator made a noise all night and hair dryer didn't work. Upon check-out I told the desk clerk the above complaints and gave him my name and phone number to call me that afternoon and let me know what his supervisor said. I have yet to hear from anyone 5 days later.

Considering there were Special Olympics and a Ben Aflac movie in town we were lucky to get any room. First NO ELEVATOR. And we were on 2nd floor. Carpeting in rooms could use a good a vacuuming and hallway carpets a good cleaning. One bed made a sound like a plastic bottle being crushed at every movement. Ice machine on 2nd floor jammed and not fixed at checkout. Day desk clerk very nice and helpful.

Not good! Had approximately 50-75 tiny ants in my room all crawling around, however no other bugs were found except the ants. (2 ants just crawled by my computer as Im typing this) All the metal in the bath tub was rusty and almost seized, so very hard to operate. Drywall and carpet were both patched, pretty poor job. There is a very weird odor comming from the sink. Alarm provided did not work. There were a few nice things, like free internet and a nice LCD t.v. Linens appeared to have been washed. Overall a bad experence though. The first front desk clerk was unprofessional but polite. The second was very helpfull which was nice. Summary - Its cheap, but pay the few extra bucks for something better... it will be worth the few extra bucks.
