Yum! The food is awesome, the service is amazing and the prices are great! What more can you ask for? It is true Cajun food at its best. The house salad dressing is delicious and even the croutons on the salad are wonderful. A great place to go and one that we keep returning to time and again. Enjoy!

We stopped in Cape Girardeau while traveling and had to try the #1 restaurant in the area. It's a cool place downtown Main Street next to the Mississippi. The food is authentic and well priced but prepared prior to serving which gave the quality a slight down grade. Overall a great experience but unsure of the #1 rating.

There's a reason Broussard's is consistently rated a top restaurant in Cape Girardeau. Food quality is top notch and is every bit as good as what you find in New Orleans. And it's ALWAYS good! Today we had the gumbo with red beans & rice and the creole chicken Parmesan. Yummy! When in Cape, go where the locals go.

Staff very friendly excellent whole boiled craw-fish. The fried corn on the cob is a nice touch. If you don't like whole boiled craw-fish the fried gator tail or fried craw-fish tails are also very good. Definitely stop by on your way through Cape Gir.
