Our condo was very clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was washing detergent for us to use when washing. We have stayed in the condo several times on our many trips to Branson. The kids love the Splash Waterfall park located just next to the condos. We had a beautiful view from our condo deck. Lots of great activities were planned during our staff. We like being off the main strip and Wal-mart in West Branson was just about 10 minutes away. We will continue to stay here.

We rented a one room condo for a two night stay. The condo was very basic and that is why they do not have detailed pictures of the nightly rental condos online. The electric boxes and lines take away from any enjoyable view and inside the condos are not up to date furnishings. We had told the reservationist at time of reservation that we would be bringing a small pet. They put us in room that was not pet friendly and sneaked a charge of $300 on our credit card. When I got my credit card statement, I called the manager to find out about this charge, he was very unkind and unwilling to work with us in any way and unwilling to believe his team made any mistake at all. He said they tried to contact us about the $300 charge when we were at the property, but could not say how, even though we went in person to check out, no mention of this charge or that we were not supposed to have a pet in the unit, which we called for a pet friendly unit in the first place. On top of of this, Stonebridge is very out of the way to the main entertainment in Branson. Would suggest if you do stay there really keep an eye on your credit card charges from them. I did not find them to be honest.

We love the fact that this condo is not right in the middle of downtown Branson and yet it only takes 5 to 7 minutes to get you to where you need to be. We also like how if you leave out the West gate
and turn right and drive 5 minutes into Branson West you can be at a Walmart Super Center and a wide variety of fast food places for groceries, gas and for the kiddos to be able to pick of the necessities of the trip. We like to come down here. Bring our essentials. Then head over to walmart and purchase our groceries for breakfast, lunch and snacks. And now that we have found Branson West and the fact that their sales tax is 5.34% we are in heaven. Plus to be able to run over there late at night for a fast food fix is wonderful since the strip shuts down at 9pm LOL. We have just loved every part of our stay here at Stonebridge. The condo is beautiful, clean, quiet, relaxing. The master suite has a king bed with entry to the balcony and private bath with dbl jac tub. One room has qn bed
w/private bath. And 3rd room with 2 qn beds and private bath. Along with hide a bed in l. room and full wall of windows to screened balcony with furniture for dining. Our condo is very roomy. 2 other features are high speed internet access and full satellite in all rooms. We have nothing to complain about. We will stay again.

We were part of a wedding party that booked many rooms, some in condos, some in lodges. Thank heavens the bride and groom and parents stayed in the lodges. We arrived at 3:00pm and were given a room. When we entered, it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. In calling the front desk to report, they told us to drive back up to switch rooms. (A good 2 mile drive) We asked if they could just bring keys to another room to use and they said yes. So we stood outside waiting. Meanwhile, without telling us anything, they had the cleaning service come into the original room and 15 minutes later, they spoke to us and said "Sorry you had to wait for your room." Once entering, there were still dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, trash in the cans, and the rugs were filty. Obviously in 15 minutes, the floors couldn't have been clean properly. We went back to the front desk (2miles) and were given keys to another room, which we then found to not be cleaned totally either. Back to the front desk (2 miles each way) and were then told check in wasn't till 4:00. It was now 4:30 since we originally arrived. The desk staff refused to admit there was a problem and after waiting 2 hours for our room, we checked into a semi-clean room with doors falling off in the bathroom. ( 3 trips and 6miles later)
We did not want to mention any of this to our friends, the groom's parents, but they commented that others had had problems and moved to other rooms as well. That evening over dinner, through conversation, it appeared that anyone that was staying in the condos had experienced problems. One room even had blood on the comforter. ALL rooms were FILTHY!!!!! At checkout, the staff asked how our stay was and we told them "terrible" and absolutely nothing went any further as far as compensation and a concern that any or all of us would ever return. In reviewing our bill, there was an additional night charged. As others have mentioned, the resort is pretty and secure. But the management absolutely has no concern for the overnight guests. We attended a rehearsal dinner at Chauteau on the Lake and it appears to be a first class operation. The reception was held at StoneBridge and we drank wine out of paper cups at a Cash Bar. This resort has no class what so ever. If we ever go to Branson again, we definitely will go else where as will 25 other people.

We just returned from our first trip to Branson. Stone Bridge is a large resort near Branson West. We booked directly with Stone Bridge after looking at their website and getting a recommendation from a family member whose neighbor owns a vacation home in the resort.
We arrived late and were given a map and key to our studio unit (no other property information). That evening we detected a few problems with our unit, but waited until the following morning to make a call to the office. There was an attempt to address one of our concerns (cleanliness), but not the other major concern (broken door lock). We made at least 2 other attempts during our stay to get someone to address our concerns without resolution.
Despite our negative experience, Stone Bridge does have much to offer. It is a beautiful property, very secure (security codes and guards) with many amenities like golf, tennis, pools and hiking trails. We spent a lot of time at the pool adjacent to our building-enough time to realize that Stone Bridge desparately needs help with its property management. The pool area had a bath house that was always loaded with garbage and in need of a good cleaning.
My husband and I did enjoy Branson (and hope to return someday), but we will definitely seek other accomodations.

We recently stayed at Stonebridge Resort for a family reunion. We were there the first week that the new lodges were open. We were in the 1Br, 2Br and 4 Br condos. Each bedroom had a king bed and it’s own bathroom. The bathrooms were huge, each had a 2 person tub and a walk-in shower. The common space in the 4BR was large enough to accommodate our family of 14. We cooked in the condos each night, it was easier and cheaper than finding a restaurant. It worked well, we had to combine some of the cooking pans from the other cabins, but other than that, there was plenty of room. Each cabin had a screened in back porch. There were lots of bugs, so it was nice it was screened in. The 4BR had a very nice gas grill that we used.

The lodge was on a lake and had a nice pool, I don’t think anyone in our group swam- we were too busy.

The only negative that I had was the front desk. When we arrived 2 of the room key didn’t work. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but it was a 5-10 minute drive to the front desk. We didn’t find out that the second room key didn’t work until at 10pm. We went to the front desk and it was closed and the security guard didn’t know what to do. We were able to spread the family out to the other lodges that we had rented. The following morning we found out that there should have been someone at the front desk. The management was very apologetic and didn’t charge us for the room.

The other issue that we ran into was that when we checked in the roomrates were correct. After we checked in, however, the lodge increased the cost of each room by $20-40 per night. We spent 2 hours one morning clearing up the mistake. They wanted to make it right, but it took a lot of time. No reason was given to the increased charges other than ‘it’s the computer’. Make sure that the lodge sends you an email with your confirmation number and the cost. Also make sure that when you check in, the rates are correct. What a mess.

Overall, we had a very good experience and really enjoyed the lodge.

Oh, if you are going to a show in Branson, leave 45min to an hour ahead of time. The condo is not far from town (it’s next to Silver Dollar City), but the traffic is horrible.

I will say that our room was reasonably clean though there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. However: On our first night, we were having problems connecting to the Internet - so we picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk to ask for instructions- the phone didn't work. So we used one of our cell phones (thank God we had them) and called the front desk - no answer. I drove the five minute drive to the front desk to ask for help. The one person who was there was rude when I asked about Internet access, explaining that "there is no internet access in that building whatsoEVER!" She reported the phone problem and I left.

Our phone was never fixed; we lived in fear that we wouldn't be able to call 911 effectively. The key card system worked poorly - we frequently had to give the door a good yank to get it open. On our last full day, we were left no fresh towels and ended up drying off with wash cloths and hand towels (we couldn't reach anyone at the front desk - surprise). And the lack of internet access is still problematic. There was no offer of any kind of credit on our bill - and the staff wasn't terribly interested in our complaints. Our advice - don't believe what their website promises and shop around better than we did!
