We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Branson the week after Christmas. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of products including fresh made waffles, microwaveable sandwiches, muffins, cereal, yogurts, etc. No fresh meats would be my only complaint. There was an attendant on duty for breakfast and she was very friendly. The location was terrific! Just behind the Walgreens store on Hwy 76 across from the Titanic Museum, central to everything!

We enjoy staying at Fairfield hotels & though this one was nice, it wasn't their best. When we arrived we were given a room on the 2nd floor. At first it was fine, but then people checked into the room directly above us. I honestly have never heard anything like it! It sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. The people weren't being intentionally loud, just walking around in their room, but in our room it was unbelievable. After about 15 minutes of it we realized there was no way we were going to be able to sleep in there so we requested a different room. We were then given a room on the 4th floor & everything was great after that. The people at the front desk were very accommodating at check-in & check-out. They answered all our questions & were very friendly. The room(s) were clean & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good & the lady working it was very nice, but we were disappointed there were no eggs, biscuits & gravy, etc... that are included with breakfast at most other Fairfield hotels.

Room Tip: I would request a room on the top floor to make the stay its best.

Thank you very much for taking the time to talk about our Fairfield Inn. We do have one of the best staffs in Branson. I am sorry the first room you were in was below noisey nieghbors. I am glad that we took care of you in a timely manner. When the crews are here this winter doing our remodel I will have them look into this matter. Thank you again for your comments. We look forward to your return visit to Branson, our Fairfield Inn and Suites, along with our new breakfast standards as well.

Staff well trained to interact with tourists. They provided excellent referrals and directions. There was a problem at check-in that was handled professionally and with hospitality. Room was just what one would expect from this franchise. Additionally it was clean. One area of concern was small breakfast area-plenty of food items just not enough chairs/tables.

I just spent 3 nights here. I was on a bus trip to Branson. We had no problems. I had been reading reviews before the trip. When we went to our room, I thought it had already been updated. I thought it was very nice. The only complaint that I could have is there is no safe in the room.

We thought there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of chanels on the tv. We were not in the room much, but it was still nice. The rooms & any area that I saw was clean. They have an indoor pool & hottub. I did not have time to use, but saw people in them several times.

The breakfast buffet was good. The only problem was there were almost 80 in our group, so needless to say, it could be crowded. We always found a seat.

On this trip I did not have a choice of where to stay since i was on a tour. I would be glad to stay there again. Nice hotel, nice employees.

We stayed at the hotel the weekend of Nov 28, 2012. The stay was perfect. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good and the hotel was located at a great location on the strip. The hotel was clean. We stayed at another hotel on Thursday and left that hotel and was so thankful the Fairfield Inn had opening! I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location-so convenient to everywhere. We are across the street-literally walking distance-from Titanic, which is high on our to-see list. Room is as good as expected for Fairfield. Nick at the front desk upgraded us based on Marriott status (Elite Life) so room has sofa and fridge which we appreciate. Asked for and got extra pillows on arrival. Quiet in town now which is good for us and makes access to and from hotel easy. Definitely in need of updating and refreshing. Free wi-fi is a plus. Staff is wonderful and very helpful with what to see and how to get there.

Room Tip: Room 211 is close to elevator but no noise from it
