“Easy five for hotel. Hard to find on Gps. Actually on Green Mountain Drive next to Marriott Willow Mountain.”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

Reading the other reviews I disagree. Is is a Fairfeld. Not a top of the line chain in their ownership.

We have two queen beds with five pillows each which I requested when making my reservation on the road by phone.

Access was good and there was plenty of parking in the rear for us. Maybe the two trailers were a bit much on a smaller property like this. However, in all my travels when you are in a big city with limited parking these problems always exist. I recently stayed at Marriott Key West and had to pay 17.50 plus tax. I am gold too. But, because I was gold I got bumped to a suite.

A great place to park is in the rear next to Walmart. They have a rear door. Just walk to the front and check in get your key and then take baggage in through rear door.

They have a small indoor pool with spa that is ample for a property this size.

The front desk clerk, Nick, was very cordial and helpful. Typical of a Marriott employee. I had trouble connecting with the Internet and he came up to our room and connected both of our computers as soon as he could get away. He answered all my questions that I had about the gold status. Very pleasant and helpful young man that needs to be recognized.

We had a great breakfast. All the coffee you could drink. Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, four types of juice, biscuits and gravy, fruit, belgium waffles and so much more.

There is a desk with ample plugs beneath to plug computers and other items. Who would ever think we would have so many electronic devices. My friend who is with me has as many as I have and we are making out just fine. Just buy a plug with multiple plugs attached and put it in a brief case. It is needed today.

I did not have to pull the desk away from the wall. Just bend over and plug the cord in.

99.00 for two queens, a desk that sits two people, a coffee maker, ice buckets, plasma TV, large closet, ironing board, bureau and comfortable beds and pillows. Stay at Red Roof Inn and see what you get.

Please remember that this review is based on a comparison of other hotels in the same category. Not against a higher category Marriott, Gaylord etc.

This hotel is in a great location just off the 76 strip and Hwy 165 near to many of the Branson attractions. The room was clean, large and very comfortable and at a good price. The service was very good and breakfast was fine. The hotel will be doing some refurbishment soon to the public areas, to include an exercise room. All in all a very good experience.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn many times over the years until the Hilton on the Landing opened. This time, we chose to stay at the Fairfield. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. We were told by the hotel staff that they were going to be refurbishing and changing to a Fairfield Inn and Suites.

I didn't like the smell of the wash rags and towels after they were used - maybe their washers need to be de-grunged.

We like the location. It's not on Hwy 76, and it's very easy to use the back roads to get where you're going.

The beds were comfortable, and each bed had 5 pillows of varying softness/hardness.

Ok, in fairness this Fairfield is planning on a refurbishment beginning in December.

I stay at a lot of hotels (for work) within the same price-point. Typically the Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield level of hotels. This hotel will need a considerable amount of work to bring it up to par with other Fairfields within the Marriott family of hotels. The diminutive lobby is cold and sterile - separated from the breakfast room by windows and door. Odd... Makes it look a lot like a motel 6 lobby. Hallways are lit by fluorescent light but they are still dark and cold. Rooms are small. Ours has two relatively comfortable queen beds. The television is LCD and channel selection is adequate. Wifi is stable and fast. Furniture is vintage early 1980s.

You will need to move furniture to unplug either lights or alarm clock to free up a bedside outlet. There is another outlet by the table - no work desk in this room!!

The mattress could only be harder if it were made in Bedrock. Even my 6 year old couldn't sleep -- and any of you who has kids knows that they will sleep through a nuclear explosion.

Room was stuffy and hot - temperature difficult to fine-tune. When they complete the renovation my wish-list includes a bigger breakfast area, better hallway lighting, more luxurious rooms, pillow-top mattress, lots of power outlets, and no price increase. :)

Front desk staff was very nice and breakfast was good despite the ridiculous number of people scavenging. I had biscuits and gravy and my son enjoyed a waffle. My wife appreciated the hard boiled eggs.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Fairfield Inn. We are excited to announce a full remodel beginning January 2013. After all renovations are complete, we will have an extended breakfast area, fitness center, and guest laundry. All of our rooms will be updated and refrigerators will be added . We do already have pillow-top mattresses in all of our rooms, which were installed at the beginning of June 2012. We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay and hope that you will give us another chance to host you next time you visit the Branson area.

Thank you!

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was treated like I was their most important guest. This hotel is a block from the Titanic and Hollywood Museum. It close to any show or tourist stop. My kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained.

This hotel offered a great location and value. For the most part the hotel was clean but the elevator smelled horrible and the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. The room smelled a little musty and dirty.

This is a typical Fairfield Inn. Very guiet, but right off of 76 (the main street). Staff was very helpful and courteous. For those who will be spending time out seeing Branson, but needing a good comforable place to crash, this hotel fits the bill. (They were doing some remodeling while we were there but it was not a problem at all). No fitness center (maybe that was the remodeling they were doing....)

Thank you for taking time to review our Hotel. We are doing some minor works now to prepare for the major remodle this winter. We are striving for no guest inturuption during this process and it seems that is taking place. We will have a fitness center coming as well as a new breakfast area, all new rooms, guest laundry, and a market automatic doors and much more. We hope when you return we can again meet, or even now, surpass your expectations.
