We have stayed here twice now and both rooms were corner spacious suites with great rates right now. Had to work some while there and the room had everything we needed for working. Nice continental breakfast 'plus' included. Will definitely stay here again.

First of all, I must say that we got this room for $60 via Priceline and only stayed one night. It's very centrally located just off the 'Yellow Route' and very easy to get to places from here. Note - if you're looking for a place you can walk to the other attractions from -this isn't your place.

The room was nice. We had a one-room studio and it was very open and airy. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water. Parking is a little limited - don't expect to park by your room. Also, don't expect to check in prior to 3:00. We got in a little early (around 1:00) and was directed to come back after 3:00 - no exceptions.

My biggest problem was that our room was next to the stairwell and therefore one of the doors to the parking lot. I was concerned about this when we arrived, but forgot about it. That was until the next morning at 6:30 when a child was locked outside of the building unable to get back in and screaming for his mother. From around 6:30 on we could hear everyone in the complex who was leaving out that door.

Breakfast was good. Much better than the donuts/juice/bagels you get at most places. The ladies were also putting out food up to the 10:00 cutoff, which was welcome.

Didn't get a chance to swim or enjoy the fitness area. Too many children.

I would recommend staying here if I was coming to Branson for a week with my family.

This is one of the cheapest built hotels I have ever stayed in.
Our first room was on a floor with a barking dog. After we switched rooms the wind was howling in around poorly sealed windows. The walls are thin, we could hear people in an adjoining room using the bathroom all night. Then in the morning there was not enough hot water. And this is supposed to be the slow season. We checked out and found a much better hotel for the same money.

Not just another Residence Inn. This property was very, very clean and modern. We booked a two-room suite and arrived early in the morning. Without hesitation, the front desk staff gave us the suite eight hours before check in time. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the hotel personnel could not have been nicer. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked very well. It was worth the price.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights starting September 9th. It was a last minute decison to visit Branson and had no problem getting a room. We paid $107 AAA rate for what is called a queen studio. The room had a living area, full kitchen, table chairs and bathroom vanity was separate from the toliet and shower. The room was neat and clean and well kept up. My only complaint would be the pillows which to me were like sandbags. But then again maybe somebody else would like pillows like that. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage patties, pancakes or french toast, waffles, cereals, oatmeal breads fruit etc. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday they have a happy hour, not with booze but with food. One afternoon it was cheese, salami, veggies and dip, brownies, rice krispie treats. Another day was nachos, chips, popcorn. The best was when they served hotdogs with beans, mac salad and coleslaw, chips, watermelon slices and dessert. We didn't go out ot dinner atter that. There were always pitchers of lemonade and iced tea. The food area was always neat and clean. On the fridge in the room was a calendar telling you what food was being served at happy hour. Seating area had about 30 or so chairs. There was also a tv in the food area so that we could watch the news. Check in was so fast. The girl only wanted to see my credit card, no liscense, nothing. The hotel does lets pets stay there as we saw a door that had a magnet on it that said pet. The pool is small and that is the only thing that I saw that could up been fixed up as to me it looked a little worn. OVerall it was a good stay and would definetely consider staying here again on our next trip to Branson.

Everything was going great in our third floor room until . . . .

The room fire alarm went off in the morning without cause and had to be replaced. Then late this afternoon our kitchen floor started flooding from two streaming ceiling water leaks. At the time is was raining outside. Thankfully we weren't at a show when our room started flooding and were able to rescue our belongings.

Our family stayed here for a week in August. We had a one bedroom suite and paid $119.00 a night. We loved the extra space in these rooms. The rooms have been updated recently and have a great look. There is a full kitchen. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. They have a great breakfast in the mornings with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereral, pastries, potatoes, and more. During the week they also offer light snacks from 5pm-7pm. The hotel is 4 stories (has basement) and indoor pool. It is located on the yellow route and a short distance to everything. We all thought it was one of our favorite hotel stays.
