We have stayed here for a few nights each of the past 2 winters. The condos are clean and well maintained. Last year, we used the shuttle to Silver Dollar City and we were very happy with the service.
During winter, the property does not any amenities open, and there is not currently an indoor pool, so it’s pretty quiet around the property.
Our only minor complaint is that the kitchens are not very well stocked with cooking equipment if you want to prepare meals there; they do have the basics though—plates, utensils, some pots/pans; kind of depends on the unit. Also, I do think the walls are a little thin; you can hear upstairs neighbors if they’re loud.
Overall, we recommend a winter weekend at StillWaters.

We love this resort! This was our second time to the resort. We went with my family - my husband, my parents, sisters and their husband and my sisters kids. We stayed in the 3 bedroom with my parents, my sister, her husband and her 2 kids under 2. It was the perfect set up. My other sister and her husband got their own hotel room within the resort and used our kitchen for cooking. We took turns cooking every night. The balcony was perfect for games and conversation at night. We hung out on the balcony as a family every night. THe dock has plenty of activities including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and boat rental. The resort has food trucks and a little mini mart with coffee, ice creams and convenient store items. The pools are fun with water slides for the kids. Honestly, if you pack enough food to cook, you would never have to leave the resort over a long weekend! Great fireplace. I can see us coming to this place even in the winter. It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy family. 5 stars!

Our family stayed here for an impromptu trip to Branson after Christmas to go to Silver Dollar City. I have always wanted to stay at this resort, but have never been able to find availability or fair price. I had to call the resort directly, and was excited to find a 2 bedroom condo for $300 for 2 nights. However, my excitement soon came to an end the night we arrived, by monsters walking above our heads as we tried to watch a movie. The movie was rented through a streaming device and froze at the very end of the movie, probably from the "monster guests" above us getting on the wifi. The next morning we were awakened by our neighbors getting ready to check out. The water from their unit sounded like it was running in our unit, and we heard their conversation word for word. And to top it all off, our unit had a coffee pot, but NO FILTERS, CREAMER OR SUGAR!!! The next morning was the same story, people banging on the walls, taking showers and talking, waking us up again before we had planned. The concierge called to ask how our stay was, and I told him about the noise and coffee pot with no filters. He asked it we had reported the noise, and said that they were not a hotel; therefore they do not provide anything but a pot. He extended a "special rate" for a 4 day, 3 night stay, that had all kinds of restrictions and a $99 fee that had to be paid that day in order to book...AND we would have to sit through a Timeshare presentation! NO THANK YOU! We probably will NOT be back!!!!

Nice resort very friendly staff. Could use a little updating in the rooms but would stay again. Carpet could be taken out and replaced, other than that would not change anything else. Shuttle bus to Silver Dollar City was great. Driver was prompt and very nice.

Very disappointed in lack of room amenities. No shampoo, lotion, coffee..etc. The room was published as suite. This was a normal size room and they added kitchen sink and fridge which were at foot of one bed. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom right inside entrance and by other bed.
Front desk clerk was rude when I checked in. Booked a room with 2 Queens. She said NO...you reserved a king. After I showed her confirmation, she changed it, but i waited 15 minutes or more for that to happen.
