This is a beautiful property with plenty of areas to explore. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. A variety of restaurants to choose from. Tennis courts, shops and a bakery. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only drawback is no free wi fi in rooms.

We stayed three days in this lovely, well maintained hotel with a great service staff. We had a small dog with us...they are open to pets but only on the third floor. This was a surprise to us, and after bringing this to the attention of Manager on Duty Tyler, he appropriately corrected the situation. We were give an nice suite, on the fourth floor at a reduced rate. Nice dining areas, good service, nice marina. I highly recommend. A bit pricey in all ways...but well done.

Room Tip: Choose lake view room with a balcony....worth it.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for Memorial Day Weekend. I would like to begin by saying we would stay again for the facilities and rooms alone. We had a lake view balcony suite (I wouldn't recommend anything else). We were able to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony that overlooked the pool and had an extensive view of Table Rock Lake. The rooms were clean, updated and very comfortable. The pool was large and had lots of areas to sit and relax. We took advantage of the marina onsite where they conveniently shuttle their guests to free of charge. We were mainly disappointed by the food. We ordered breakfast in room dining and were incredibly underwhelmed. The portions were small and the food was pretty bland. The customer service was also lacking. I had to call down at 4PM to have the maid service clean our room and take the breakfast dishes away. The waiter in the pool area was also not accommodating. At one point he nonchalantly accused us of not leaving the signed receipt for our beverages at the pool when it was an incredibly windy day (it is not my responsibility to keep track of your receipt once we are done). It took 20-30 minutes to get a drink or food after you ordered it and it took an additional 20 minutes just to get the guys attention. The waiter needed more training and he was the only one in the pool area. Overall, the facilities and view are great, but I wouldn't spend the money on food again and I would bring my own drinks to the pool area.

Room Tip: Must have lake view and balcony, it makes a world of difference.

Dear Holly K:

There is no excuse for any of our associates to have an attitude for they all should know that it will not be tolerated. Your feedback is most valuable to us, as it allows us the opportunity to take immediate corrective action as we learn about it. Please accept my apologies for our shoddy F&B services both poolside and through Room Service, this certainly is not in keeping with our usual high standards. Besides our shortcomings on this occasion, we do hope you will consider us as your lodging choice when your travels include Branson in the future.

Regards,

Stephen Marshall

Always a great getaway , has never failed to be perfect, food room and building all good . Philip the manager has always greeted us by name and always assured a great stay. . This place is our favorite . We travel quite a bid in the pacific basin and none of the five diamond hotels are as consistent as the chateau . . This is a special place and would encourage those of you with a appreciation for good living to spend a few days here . We have a ten year old boy who loves the pools and the kids club and the movie theater !!

Beautiful location overlooking lake, but hotel is in dire need of updating to keep luxury rating. WiFi is not included in stay, neither is coffee. However, they do have a flimsy 1 cup coffee maker in the room. No coffee in lounge area either. Restaurants are pricey as is the sweet shoppe. We will be staying at the Landing next time. Staff is very friendly; and always on hand to help.

Dear mayantraveler10:

We have great news to share. We are in the final selection process of a complete new bedding package for all of our guest rooms, including new window treatments, lamps, and granite tops for our case goods. We will also be introducing a 3 tiered Wi Fi plan whereby tier 1 Internet will be free. This refurbishment should begin in the late fall, so give us a little time to complete it and then comeback and see what we have done. Oh, by the way guest room Internet is not free at the landing. :)

Oh my where to begin. Clean, comfortable, quiet, romantic, great views! Nothing to complain about. Wonderful experience would stay again. Stayed on the mountain side and we kept the window open all night and all we could here was the call of the whip-poor-will. Great sunset dinner location too! Nice outdoor hot tub, romantic.

Room Tip: Mountain side room quiet all day, not sure if the lakeside view rooms over the pool would be quiet d...

We had booked a Standard King room..when we checked in they told us there were booked solid , so they upgraded us automatically to the vice-presidential suite. It was a gorgeously decorated suite the size of a small apartment with a kitchen, dining room, living room. Double French doors opened into the bedroom and bath. The balcony had a beautiful view of the lake.......we could not have been more pleased and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
