We stayed for 5 days and were surprised there was no refrigerator provided in the rooms, especially since the hotel is so far off the beaten path. We tried the spa for a massage , mani and pedi but were disappointed in the quality of nail products - they smudged for both of us that same day!! Too much thinner perhaps in the product? Don't waste your money on those services!

We enjoyed our night at the Chateau to celebrate our anniversary. The service was top rated. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our meals that we ate there. We didn't use the spa so can't comment about that.

Room Tip: Ask for a room from floors 4-10 to get a balcony.

I stayed here about a month ago and absolutely loved it!! Planned a vacation with my fiancé and couldn't have picked a better place. It was gorgeous inside and out. The employees were awesome and very helpful with everything we needed. There was prom one of the nights we stayed and the parking lot was extremely full but fortunately there was specific parking in a garage for people staying there and that was a huge plus! So thank you for that! My now fiancé asked me to marry him while we were there on the resort property and it couldn't have been better! I definitely recommend this resort and we will be coming back!!! Can't say anything on the spa or the food b/c we didn't get a chance to eat there or use the spa.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Got a deal for two nights with TravelZoo and was the only thing about Branson that we really enjoyed. Beautiful room, great pools and exercise rooms. Food pricey, but you can always drive into town for cheaper stuff! Great, relaxing, beautiful resort. Only had one problem and it was the young lady at the reception desk. Asked if we could add one more night and she told us "sure, no problem, will just add it on", also told my husband she'd get him a tee time and let us know. Well good thing we checked back later with someone else. No tee time was ever made and the hotel was booked full for that extra night!! Otherwise great stay. And I read where people had trouble with coupons for deals, we had a credit for food/drink besides the great rate and everything went smooth, no trouble at all!

Room Tip: Don't think bad room in hotel. All you have to do is walk out your door!

A little out of the way (15 - 20 mins.), but well worth it! This place is beautiful. Very quiet, serene and peaceful. We were there celebrating an anniversary, so it was perfect that it was away from the main area. Very clean, nice room overlooking the mountains, with a balcony. Comfortable bed, nice flat screen tv. Had lunch at the cafe and breakfast and Sundy Brunch in the main dining room. Views are beautiful and the food was great, especially the buffet! $32 a person, but a nice treat. Outdoor pool was closed, but indoor pool and hot tub were open. We checked it out, but didn't visit.

Saw 3 shows and did the Titanic museum tour (very good). This is a very slow paced, family place. We did not go to the Silver Dollar City amusement park. We did visit Branson's Landing for shops, but wanted to do the Lake Queen boat tour, and it was sold out. Be sure to make reservations. We enjoyed the trip, and don't hesitate to book this hotel. It was the nicest one there. Free parking too.

Room Tip: We were on the 4th floor. Ask for a higher room for a better view. Ask for a balcony, some rooms d...

I recently stayed here. While overall an impressive place I will never stay here again. I had a nice room...with a view of an ugly room top that had extremely loud fans that could be heard at all times...forget about opening the sliding door or spending some time on the balcony...the noise was ridiculously loud. I can't believe they bothered to have a balcony. I hate being 'cooped up' in a room and made a point to request a room with a balcony. For the price and far out location I will not be visiting again.

Dear michiganfamilytravel:

I appreciate your feedback and certainly it was our pleasure having you as our guest. You are absolutely correct, a few of our rooms especially those on our third and fourth floors do have, let’s say, less than desirable views. These are our Standard rooms and because of the location they are priced accordingly. Our Lake Front rooms do have incredible views of Table Rock Lake and others of the Ozark Mountains. Please accept my apologies for not meeting your expectations on this occasion.

Regards,
Stephen Marshall
Vice President & General Manager

My wife and i stayed for 3 days as a little get away from the kids. We liked the idea that it was off the strip but yet less than 10 mins away. Even though there were several cars in the lot the hotel never seemed crowed. Check-in was simple and the staff was very friendly.
The only con was we took our laptop to look-up local attractions and view the home webcam but found out it cost $10 to access the Wifi.
